We may also collect information on previous trips you have undertaken and your travel preferences in order to ensure you have the best experience possible if you book one of our expeditions.

We will send you relevant marketing communications about our trips and expeditions when you sign up to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We use Mailchimp to distribute these emails to you. We will never sell or rent your information to any third parties.
When you have made a booking with us we will share the relevant information you have provided to local in-country tour operators in order to fulfil your booking on the relevant expeditions.

We have measures in place to ensure that your information is secure at all times.
Card details for offline payments (via email, phone or post) are stored securely and only accessed by authorised members of staff.
