Alex Roldan Photography Ltd, a wildlife photography and travel company dedicated to creating bespoke expeditions to inspire your creative nature.

We may also collect information on previous trips you have undertaken and your travel preferences in order to ensure you have the best experience possible if you book one of our expeditions.

• You make a booking with us

• You make an enquiry through our website

• You make a direct enquiry with us via email or over the phone

When you visit our website, we collect standard internet log information. This information helps us to track the number of visitors to our website and their behaviour. • Booking you onto one of our expeditions

• Creating a personal expedition itinerary just for you

• Providing the relevant expedition information to you

• Fulfilling your booking by providing the relevant details to our in-country partners and tour operators, so that the trip can be operated safely and relevant permits for entrance into national parks or other locations can be secured

 

Marketing

We will send you relevant marketing communications about our trips and expeditions when you sign up to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We use Mailchimp to distribute these emails to you. 5. Sharing your information

We will never sell or rent your information to any third parties.

When you have made a booking with us we will share the relevant information you have provided to local in-country tour operators in order to fulfil your booking on the relevant expeditions.

 

6. Keeping your information secure

We have measures in place to ensure that your information is secure at all times.

Card details for offline payments (via email, phone or post) are stored securely and only accessed by authorised members of staff.
